STADIUM FIXTURES
In the build up to the new season we know clubs are constantly looking for additional fixtures to gradually increase their match load whether it be domestic or international opposition. At R63 Events we have assisted numerous clubs with one off fixtures where they fly in, stay the evening, play the following day and travel back after the game.
In addition to the football side of these fixtures we also work with clubs on the commercial side and understand the important of increasing the clubs reach and awareness globally.
Behind Closed Door Friendlies
We understand the challenges clubs face with providing all players enough minutes to ensure they are match fit in time for the first game of the season. This is why with our behind closed doors friendlies we can arrange these both early on in the clubs training programme and also once teams start organising in stadium games.
With clubs carrying large squads arranging a behind closed doors fixture prior to the main stadium fixture is now becoming the norm in our pre season arrangements for Clubs.
Team Liason 24/7
Stay on Site with the team
Members of our team will stay on site throughout your trip to ensure all pre trip arrangements and schedules are completed as agreed, allowing the Club to focus on the players and their preparation.
Meal Requirements
We work with clubs and nutritionists to carefully plan team meals to work around your schedule and requirements.
Schedule Planning
From organising day to day external activities to the small details such as timed pitch watering and maintenance we are here to help clubs ensure they get the most out of their visit.
Private Transfers
Airport transfers and any day to day off site transfers can be arranged to suit each clubs requirements and needs whether this is separate buses for players and boardroom staff / executives or arranging private cars / kit vans for select staff to arrive at the facility early to set up equipment.
